The hotel was beautifully designed and easy to access everything. They gave us a double room with a terrace as we booked. The location was magnificent and perfect - close enough to restaurants, bars, and transport links as well as Chiado, Baixa, and Principe Real. The restaurant was located within 100 meters.

We had a great city trip with some positive experiences at the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering complimentary drinks and even surprising us with a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. The hotel's amenities were also exceptional, with beautiful meals served in a fabulous restaurant. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, making it easy for us to explore the city.
Although our overall experience was positive, there were a few drawbacks. the bar had limited options during our stay.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The location in the lovely garden was perfect for relaxing. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping being particularly impressive. I also appreciated the airport shuttle and welcome drink upon arrival. The staff were very kind and helpful with any questions I had.
I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were great for leisure, and the flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were nice additions to the room amenities.

There were a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and an individual safe in the room, really enjoyed that. There was a bath, a plus for me. The location of the hotel was central, right by Principe Real as well as restaurants, bars and transport links. Bar Hard Rock Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
